About the Presenter:
Michela Lowry
Co-Managing Director
Michela joined HWC Consultants in 2019, bringing experience from both the nonprofit and education sectors. Before entering the E-Rate and technology consulting space, she worked as an educator and later served as a consultant and researcher with the Center for Justice Innovation, where she supported projects focused on community-based problem solving, program evaluation, and justice system reform.
Since joining HWC, Michela has overseen client services, internal operations, and team development, combining her background in research, project management, and education to guide clients through complex funding and technology decisions.
